Don’t let the name fool you, there’s more than just salads to enjoy, if you’re after a heart warming soup or a quick and delicious pasta dish, we can’t go past the Creamy Chicken Penne (from $5.95) and Thai Chicken Soup (from $2).


Chicken & Avocado with pesto dressing with a side of slow-cooked pulled pork ($12.95). It’s a satisfying lunch break option with a delicious balance of veggies and protein that you can enjoy in centre or on-the-go. 



If you’re after a fulfilling start to your day, or need a coffee or tea on-the-go, T Bar is a must try. With a large range of high quality teas to choose from, there is also top notch coffee and plenty of healthy and satisfying breakfast and lunch dishes to choose from.  


The yummy breakfast options and treats to accompany your tea or coffee. We had our eyes on the crumpets that come with a variety of toppings (from $6.50 – $8.90) and the raw cakes (paleo, gluten free, refined sugar free and vegan) that are made from three of the teas. The flavours are Serendip-T, Vanilla Matcha and Chocolate and Chai.


The Breakfast Special ($9.40), a bacon and egg muffin with your choice of a coffee or a cup of freshly brewed loose-leaf tea, it’s a great brekky combo that doesn’t over-do it.

Salsa’s Fresh Mex Grill

It’s the healthy choice that packs a punch in flavour. A fresh take on Mexican with an “always fresh, never stodgy” motto, everything is made from scratch and there’s something for everyone to enjoy, from gluten free menu items to vegetarian and vegan options. 


The Mexicrinkles (from $3.50) a side of chips with top secret seasoning that’s tangy and flavoursome. They’re a cheeky side that you can sneak in with the healthy salad bowl. 


Chicken and Quinoa bowl ($13.95) the perfectly cooked light and fluffy quinoa, with grilled chicken and veggies ticks all the nutrition boxes and will leave you licking your lips to savour the taste.
