Why Vogue Festival is a must at this year’s AFF

Fashion-followers will be clip clopping their way to Adelaide’s Rundle Mall and Rundle Street this October for the inaugural Vogue Festival. So, what’s all the fuss about?

Runway shows, fashion activations, VIP shopping promotions and more, this is just some of what you can expect at the first-ever Vogue Festival, to be held in Rundle Mall and Rundle Street on Friday October 13 and Saturday October 14. Taking its cue from the popular Vogue American Express Fashion’s Night Out events in Melbourne and Sydney, Adelaide is putting its own spin on the Vogue event, showcasing established and up-coming Adelaide designers, as well as local, national and international retailers at an exciting retail activation in the city centre across two days.

Some of the special events that will be taking place during the two-day event include the Vogue Australia Festival Launch hosted by Vogue editor-in-chief Edwina McCann (face of Myer Jennifer Hawkins and City of Adelaide Lord Mayor Martin Haese will also be there), plus special performances by the Australian Ballet. There will also be a Dyson Supersonic Hair Lab where you can get a complimentary styling session and a bespoke hair tutorial, plus loads of other great giveaways, fashion activations, masterclasses and more.
