Summersault
8 December

Down on the shores of Glenelg, head for a day Aussie music and a relaxed arvo. You’ll see performances from Angus and Julia Stone, Meg Mac, Didirri and Seaside paired with food trucks and refreshing drinks.

Unsound Festival
14-16 December

Unsound Festival is a weekend dedicated to thought provoking music and art, an event that originally started in Poland in 2003. Now one of the world’s most adventurous music festivals, Adelaide hosts the only Southern Hemisphere occasion.

Christkindlmarkt Hahndorf
14-16 December

Adelaide’s iconic little German town is back for their annual Christmas market. Sip on some Gluhwein while you wander the stalls for handmade gifts and baked goods. With over 50 stalls and fabulous entertainment, your weekend is set.

15 December

The ultimate day and night designed for absolutely everyone, Carols by Candlelight is packed with kids activities, food and entertainment.

Christmas Nights, Festive Lights
15-23 December

Located in Victoria Square/Tarntanyangga, this event is nine days of free family fun that transforms the square into a festive playground bursting with colour, live music, food trucks, Christmas movie screenings and a tonne of activities.

 2018 Bay Sheffield
26-28 December 

First run 132 years ago to celebrate 50 years of the Proclamation of South Australia, the Bay Sheffield is a three day athletics carnival where people from all over the world come to compete. Beach Life
28 Dec

Another reason to celebrate Aussie music at the beach! International superstars The Kooks will be playing their first South Australian show in five years alongside indie sensations Winston Surfshirt and The Last Dinosaurs, and Adelaide’s rising star MANE.

New Year’s Eve Gala
