The hit Broadway musical Aladdin takes over Festival Theatre next month and promises breath-taking sets and mind-blowing special effects. With a stand out cast and more than 300 lavish costumes, this Disney spectacular features all our favourite songs from the classic Academy Award-winning film. ‘Friend Like Me’, ‘A Whole New World’ and ‘Arabian Nights’ will come to life on stage.

Among the cast is Adam Murphy who studied screen arts, English and drama at the University of South Australia. Adam’s credits include Mary Poppins, The Drowsy Chaperone, Les Misèrables, Mamma Mia!, Dirty Dancing – The Classic Story on Stage and the role of Ron Edgeworth in the world premiere of Georgy Girl – The Seekers Musical. In Aladdin, Adam takes on the role of Jafar, the villain everyone loves to hate.
