It’s a juxtaposition of hearty urban flavours and modern simplicity — and we’re not just talking about the food. At the National Wine Centre you’ll find unique entertaining areas, captivating learning experiences and, of course, plenty of wine.

This place delivers luxury in spades, but not in a stuffy, over-the-top kind of way. There are six function spaces to choose from, each with their own unique appeal. From grand function rooms boasting uninterrupted views of the Botanic Gardens to an intimate outdoor terrace lined with lush grapevines, the National Wine Centre caters for everything from small birthday celebrations to corporate functions for up to 1000 guests. Although each space has its own distinct style, the undercurrent of each is casual luxury. Perfect for your next event!
Wine + Dine
This luxe city bar is worth a visit, not just
for the unique wine tasting experience (there are 120 wines to sample) but for the unfussy dishes made using a plethora of fresh, local ingredients. You can choose from honest urban dishes like steak, kipflers, pepperleaf, smoked dijon and wattleseed salted vegetable chips or one of the tasty vegan dishes such as tapioca, potato, curry leaf and peanuts in a Thai coconut sauce. If you’re after something lighter (and like to share!) the charcuterie platters filled with rosemary-infused cured pancetta, aged chorizo and French-style salami are also a great choice.
