Time flies when you’ve packed your day with so much good stuff that you forget to tell people about it on Instagram. With this guide in hand, we guarantee you’ll be off the socials and stuck into the real world with a winter’s day well spent in Rundle Mall.
10.30am – Breakfast at Bar 9
Quietly hiding underneath David Jones in Adelaide Central Plaza is Bar9. Sit back and start the day right with a delicious breakfast and the perfect cup of coffee.
11.30am – Get a cut and blowdry at Zohair
Another award-winning business tucked away just off Rundle Mall – Zohair recently won the 2019 Marie Claire Australia’s readers choice award, along with the 2019 Australian L’Oréal colour trophy. Better to book before everyone else catches on.
There’s so many beautiful things – be it for women, men, kids, or the home – it’s hard to imagine stopping into the Mall without a visit to H&M. Plus, the sales are on…
1.30pm – Get your new pants hemmed
Stop into the One Hour Hem shop in Adelaide Arcade to get those new H&M pants hemmed (the sale was too good, you had to!).
1.45pm – Grab a late lunch at Foods for Life
Stop in for a healthy wrap or salad at Foods For Life in Gawler Place. They’re the largest health foods store in the CBD, while you’re there, pick up some goodies to keep the family happy and healthy.
2.30pm – Visit the new MECCA store
New to Rundle Mall, MECCA Maxima is the only store in South Australia like it. If you’re up for learning a new trick or two head to their Beauty Lab and sit in on one of their scheduled workshops hosted by a MECCA expert – classes change every month so theres always something to learn.
3pm – Browse in at Daiso
Under the Myer Centre is the most fascinating and handy shop you’ll come across in the Mall – Daiso. Pop in and pick up all the bits-and-bobs (mop socks, dehydrated mango, kawaii stickers, and everything else in-between). The goodies that have been on your list forever.
3.30pm – Have a pick-me-up at Just Bliss
The mid-afternoon slump is real but Just Bliss on Gawler Place will set your sugar levels straight with a hot chocolate and a truffle.. or three.
4pm – Pick up your pants and be enroute before the traffic hits
