It’s that time of year again… Vogue Festival is set to take over the heart of the Adelaide from October 17 to 19, with homegrown superstar Agi Akur fronting this year’s event.
The extended three-day program will include exciting offers, pop-ups and premiere ticketed fashion events. Rundle Mall and Rundle Street will come alive with an extravaganza of all things fashion, fun and food.
GQ Australia is a newcomer to the line-up this year which features a series of events, panel talks and dining experiences.
Before the retail festivities commence, award-winning restaurant Sean’s Kitchen will host its annual Vogue Kitchen Lunch on Thursday, 17 October, followed by the inaugural GQ Supper Club hosted by Mike Christensen, Editor of GQ Australia.
Vogue Festival will be formally launched by Vogue Australia’s editor-in-chief, Edwina McCann at Rundle Mall’s Malls Balls from 12pm on Friday, 18 October. “We are delighted to be hosting Vogue Festival in Adelaide for the third consecutive year,” she says. “It provides a wonderful opportunity to showcase the state’s leading shopping precinct and deliver real impact for retailers. The expanded program is incredibly exciting and promises to make this year bigger and better than ever. It’s going to be a wonderful experience for consumers and we can’t wait.”
Voices of Vogue Festival on Friday 18 and Saturday 19, October, will feature talks from Edwina McCann and Mike Christensen with additional guest speakers to be announced.
In addition, Adelaide’s East End will host couture fashion powerhouse, Paul Vasileff, taking part in a Q&A aimed at local emerging designers.
Shoppers can visit their favourite retailers where they will be treated to exclusive in-store offers, intimate fashion experiences, styling tips and more.
