Highlights from the Slow Fashion Festival runway

By Sharmonie Cockayne

Slow Fashion Festival culminated in a runway show on the floor that was once Dazzleland at The Myer Centre Adelaide.

The women behind Slow, Anny Duff, Emily Sheahan and Natalie Ivanov (3 of 5 women in fashion featured in our Spring cover story, Turning Point), presented an assortment of ethical labels in a carefully clean aesthetic, with bare faces and hairstyles typical of the person modelling each look.

Slow Fashion Festival is about presenting sustainable and ethical ideas in a way that is approachable yet refined, and that’s exactly what was achieved in the runway.
